Christmas Ornament Painting Tradition!

Yesterday, I was afraid I was coming down with a cold.  I was so tired and had a runny nose.  But today I feel much better!  Could I be so blessed as to dodge the nasty cough/cold everyone else in my family has had?  If so, it is divine intervention!.

I puttered around and rested most of yesterday.  Amy  Turner made wonderful gluten free pizza for us.  The family loved it!  It came at a great time.  I want to be independent, but am grateful for the continued help!

We have a Christmas tradition every year of making or painting ornaments.  Last night after dinner, the kids all painted some wood ornaments.  I was afraid, we would miss this tradition this year, but am grateful we were able to do it.

Joy Baxley sent me a great  quote.  “Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.” – Ambrose Redmoon.  I am grateful to find purpose in the the gospel, family, and loved ones.  It does give me courage!
