I have never seen a box of Sees Chocolates this big before. Thank you to Carl Smith for fattening me up with the yummy sweets. (My sister Heidi is with me.) Maybe they taste so good because in “D&C 29:39 it says– “for if they never should have bitter, they should not know the sweet.” Well, I am sure tasting the sweetness of life and the people around me as well as chocolates with nuts!
It’s been a great day–getting stronger–still a ways to go, but feel good about the progress.
Tim Pannell sent me this quote from President Hinckley–“It isn’t as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all works out. Don’t worry. I say that to myself every morning. It all works out in the end. Put your trust in God, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future. The Lord will not forsake us. He will not forsake us. If we will put our trust in Him, if we will pray to Him, if we will live worthy of His blessings, He will hear our prayers.”
— Gordon B. Hinckley
I love to pray–cry almost every time I do now days. I feel the Lord’s blessings and strength everyday! Love to all–Melanie
