From 1:00 to 3:00 was the World Fair–Melia Kawena had India. Jon went for his lunch hour. Keala and Courtney went. When Kalani got home from school, we went up to say hello, and then came right home.
I stlil feel pretty lousy–the wheels have definitely come off the bus. I’m hoping when I get through all this steroid mess, I’ll feel better. This morning I took 1/4 tablet (1 mg of Dexamethazone), then at lunch 2 mg of hyrocortizone in pill form. –Hoping to make the transition to a more body friendly cortisol like hormone. (thr body naturally produces cortisol)
